NEVIS BANANA (Bon Appetit 8/90)
From Hotel Hibiscus on Nevis

2 meduim-size ripe bananas, peeled, cut into pieces
2 cups crushed ice
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons banana liqueur
1/4 cup white creme de cacao
1/4 cup white rum
1/4 cup chilled whipping cream

Combine bananas, crushed ice, banana liqueur, creme de cacao and rum in blender. Puree until smooth. Blend in cream. Divide mixture between 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
