CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD
1 package yeast
3 cups Bread flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1Tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cups warm milk
2/3 cups raisin
Select white bread and start. add raisins at the "beep
beep beep" near the end of the second mixing (they will remain
whole -- otherwise at the beginning)
