Walnut Bread
Makes 1 Loaf.
Do not make loaves larger than recommended by manufacturer. Use the 1-pound recipe if your bread machine
pan holds 10 cups or less of water.
INGREDIENTS
Water (70 to 80e>F)
Large egg white
Butter or margarine, cut up
Salt
Bread flour
Coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
Nonfat dry milk
Sugar

Directions
Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested manufacturer, adding walnuts with
flour.
Process on fruit and nut, basic/white or rapid bread cycle; use medium/normal crust color setting, adding nuts
as directed by manufacturer. Do not use delayed-bake feature. Remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
