RYE BREAD WITH BEER AND ORANGE
1 package yeast
1 cup medium rye flour
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 Tablespoon wheat germ
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup beer, flat
2 Tablespoon molasses
2 teaspoon grated orange rind
2 Tablespoon butter
1/4 cups warm water
Select white bread.
Special butter recipe: Mix 1 stick of sweet butter with 1 Tablespoon
honey and 2 Tablespoon amaretto (or any sweet liqeur) and 1/4
teaspoon almond extract
