2-1/3 CUPS UNSIFTED FLOUR
PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING (PAGE #16)

BEAT SUGAR & EGGS UNTIL CREAMY. BLEND IN OIL & VANILLA & BEAT 2 MIN. COMBINE WATER & COCOA, ADD TO EGG MIXTURE & BLEND. STIR IN SODA, BAKING POWDER & SALT. ADD FLOUR & BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH. BAKE IN 350 DEG. OVEN IN 2 9-IN. GREASED ROUND PANS FOR 25-30 MIN. LET STAND 5 MIN. & THEN COOL ON RACK. FROST.
