1 GRATED LEMON
4 OZ. BUTTER-MELTED & SLIGHTLY BRWN
2/3 CUP FLOUR
1/3 CUP CAKE FLOUR
EITHER JELLY OR SWEETENED FLAVORED
WHIPPED CREAM FOR FILLING

BEAT EGGS, SUGAR, LEMON, VANILLA UNTIL IT RIBBONS-ABOUT 15 MIN. FOLD IN BUTTER & FLOURS. GREASE JELLY ROLL PAN, PUT IN WAXED PAPER & GREASE IT. PUT IN BATTER. BAKE 375 DEG. 10-12 MIN. INVERT IT ON WAXED PAPER WITH POWDERED SUGAR ON IT TO COOL.
