NESTLE CHERRY CHEESE PIE
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Nestle Baking Cocoa
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 in. packaged crumb crust
cherry pie filling
Heat oven to 350 deg. In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese
and sugar. Beat well. Blend in cocoa, scraping sides often. Add
eggs and vanilla; beat well. Blend in whipped cream. Pour into
crust. Bake 35-40 min. (center will be soft but will set upon
cooling). Cool to room temperature. Cover and chill several hours
or overnight. Garnish with pie filling. Serves 6-8.
