PEANUT BUTTER SURPRISES
2 bags (12 oz.) Nestle Milk Chocolate Morsels melted in double
boiler
1 box Ritz crackers
1 jar peanut butter
Spread peanut butter between two Ritz crackers (lightly pressing
togrther to remove air pockets). Make sure peanut butter reaches
outer edges. Smoth all around.
Dip with fork into melted chocolate. Coat completely and quickly.
Place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper. Sprinkle with finely
chopped nuts or candy (jimmies). Chill or freeze until hard.
