CHOCOLATE SILK PIE
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate melted, or use Choco-Bake
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 vanilla wafer crust or other ready-made crust

Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each one. Then add chocolate and vanilla. When mixed well, pour into pie shell and refrigerate 2 or more hours. Top with whipped cream and serve.
