THIRD PLACE CAKE: NESTLE CRUNCH CAKE
1 angel food cake
2 cups whipping cream or 2 cups of whipped topping
4 Nestles Crunch Bars
1/2 cups rum or brandy
1 can ready-made chocolate frosting of your choice (see recipe below)

Slice cake horizontally in 4 layers. Whip cream until stiff peaks. Crumble 3 Nestle Crunch bars and fold in rum or brandy into the whipping cream or whipped topping. Spread mixture evenly between cake layers. Spread sides and top of cake with frosting. Sprinkle one Nestle Crunch bar over the cake. Serve cake chilled.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla (may use rum or brandy)

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, margarine, and salt in a saucepan; place over medium heat. Bring to boil. Boil 1 minute stir occasionally. Add vanilla (brandy or rum). Boil 1 minute. Stir until thick and creamy. Let cool 5 minutes. Spread on sides and top of cake.
