CHOCOLATE LOVER'S CHEESCAKE
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Filling:
4 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
4 eggs
2 3/4 cups Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, melted and cooled
slightly
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Nestle Morsels
Pre-heaat oven to 350 deg. To make crust, combine ingredients
and press into bottom of 10 in. greased springform pan.
To make filling, beat first four ingredients of filling. Add cooled
chocolate, sour cream and chocolate chips. Beat until mixed well.
Pour filling into prepared pan and bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 15
min. Cool. Before serving, run a knife around edge of cake. Undo
the pan and serve. Refrigerate leftovers. 16-20 servings.
