BANANAS FOSTER from LINK one serving

2 T brown sugar
1 T butter
1 T banana liqueur
1 T white rum
1 banana (green)
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
dash of cinnamon

Melt brown sugar and butter in flat chafing dish. Peel and slice banana and saute in the sugar and butter until temder. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour in banana liqueur and rum over all and flame. Baste with warm liquid until flame burns out. Serve immediately over ice cream.

If you sprinkle the cinnamon on bananas as it is flaming it will sparkle.
