4 EGGS
1 CUP COOKING OIL
16 OZ. CANNED PUMPKIN
2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
3 OZ. SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
1/2 CUP BUTTER (OR MARGARINE)
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
2 CUPS SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR

BEAT TOGRTHER EGGS,GRANULATED SUGAR, OIL, AND PUMPKIN TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. STIR TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, CINNAMON, SALT, AND SODA. ADD TO PUMPKIN MIXTURE AND MIX THOROUGHLY. SPREAD BATTER IN UNGREASED 15X10X1 IN. BAKING PAN (FOR FULL RECIPE) AND BAKE 350 DEG. FOR 25-30 MIN. COOL. CREAM TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE, AND BUTTER. STIR IN VANILLA. ADD POWDERED SUGAR, A LITTLE AT A TIME, BEATING WELL, TILL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH. FROST. CUT INTO BARS.
