6 TEASPOONS SOFTENED BUTTER
6 EGGS, SEPARATED
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP FRESH ORANGE JUICE
3 TABLESPOONS GRAND MARNIER
2 TEASPOONS FINELY GRATED ORNG PEEL
1 TABLESPOON FRESH LEMON JUICE
POWDERED SUGAR

PREHEAT OVEN 450 DEG. BUTTER 6 INDIVIDUAL SOUFFLE DISHES WITH 1 TEASP. BUTTER EACH. DUST WITH SUGAR. COMBINE YOLKS, 7 TBLSP. SUGAR, JUICE, LIQUOR, & PEEL AND WHISK UNTIL BLENDED. BEAT WHITES WITH 1 TBLSP. SUGAR UNTIL SOFT PEAKS FORM. ADD LEMON JUICE AND BLEND. FOLD IN YOLK MIXTURE. SPOON INTO SOUFFLE DISHES. BAKE UNTIL PUFFED AND BROWN, ABOUT 10 MIN. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR AND SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
