Poached papaya and pears

1 large ripe papaya
1 large ripe pear
½ cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lime peel
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Cut papaya into bite size pieces. Cut peeled and cored pear into
thin slices. Stir together orange juice, lime peel, and nutmeg
in a medium skillet. Add papaya and pear; bring to boil, reduce
heat, simmer 5 min. or until pears are tender. With slotted spoon,
transfer fruit to a serving bowl. Stir together corn starch and
lime juice. Return the skillet to the heat. Add to orange juice
mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir
2 min. more. Pour over fruit.
