CHICKEN WITH ORANGE SAUCE

This recipe can be for 2 or 1 person.

1/2 of a full chicken breast

flour

mustard

1 cup orange juice

onion

butter

2 tablespoons of Grand Mariner orange liquor.

Take a 1/2 of a full chicken breast and pound flat to about 1/2 inch.

Spread a little mustard on the chicken for tenderizing (optional).

Flour both sides of the chicken and set aside.

Carmelize (slow fry) some slices of onion.

Pan fry the chicken until brown on both sides (a few minutes).

Add about 1 cup of orange juice.

Add the onions

Add about 2 tablespoons of Grand Mariner.

Add a little butter.

When the juice is hot and butter melted, serve the chicken.
