Passover Kugel
Serves 12

1/2 lb. matzo farfel
6 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 brown sugar
1 12 oz. can peaches, chopped, with juice
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon grated lemon or orange rind
1/2 teaspoon salt
cinnamon sugar
Put farfel in colander. Pour boiling water over it, drain, and let cool. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugars and continue beating. Add remaining ingredients except cinnamon sugar. Add farfel lassst. Mix well. our in greased 12x15 in. pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 325 deg. 50-60 min., until golden brown. Serve hot as a side dish.
