1 CUP FRESH MINT LEAVES OR PARSLEY
SPRIGS-WASHED THOROUGHLY AND
EXCESS MOISTURE SHAKEN OFF-MEASURE LOOSELY

ARRANGE IN A SINGLE THICKNESS ON A DOUBLE THICKNESS OF PAPER TOWELING. COOK UNTIL HERBS ARE THOROUGHLY DRY AND CAN BE CRUMBLED, ABOUT 3-4 MIN. STORE IN TIGHTLY COVERED CONTAINER. 1 CUP FRESH HERBS YIELS ABOUT 1/3 CUP DRIED HERBS. OTHER HERBS MAY BE DRIED IN SIMILAR MANNER.
