1 CUP SOY SAUCE (LIGHT SOY SAUCE
IF AVAILABLE)
1/2 CUP RICE WINE OR DRY SHERRY
2 TABLESPOON RICE WINE VINEGAR
1 TABLESPOON HONEY
2 TABLESPOONS FRESH MINCED GINGER
2 TEASPOONS FRESH MINCED GARLIC

COMBINE INGREDIENTS. MARINADE FISH STEAKS, FILLETS, OR SCALLOPS FOR 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE GRILLING.
