Blueberry Pancakes - Bon Appetit

1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
4 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
1/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON
2 CUPS MILK
1 BEATEN EGG
1 CUP VEGTABLE OIL
1/2 LEMON, JUICED
1/8 TEASPOON VANILLA
1/2 CUP DRAINED CANNED BLUEBERRIES
POWDERED SUGAR

MIX TOGETHER FIRST 5 INGREDIENTS. STIR IN REST OF THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BERRIES. GENTLY FOLD IN BERRIES. PREHEAT GRIDDLE TO 400 DEG. GREASE LIGHTLY. STIR BATTER. USE 1/4 CUP PER PANCAKE. COOK ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL DONE. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
