Angola Indiana
Angola is in the
Northeast corner of Indiana. It is Stuben county, the county
of 101 lakes. The city is a nice small city with industry, education
and agriculture. It is abut 3 hours from east of Chicago. There
is a driving circle around the public square. Angola is the county
seat and has the court houses and related offices and businesses.
Just out of town along the highway is a strip with all the large
chain stores (Meijers, Kolhs, Menards) and chain restaurants
along with local restaurants and ice creams shops. There is a
winery just a few minutes
out of town with good tasting wine.
