We went to Arizona in April/May. We stayed in Sedona at Enchantment Resort. This is a beautiful resort, in it's own valley. Very quiet and deluxe. We also did a Pink Jeek tour and a trip on the Verde Canyon Railroad. Unfortunately while Phoenix was hot, Sedona was cold, it even sleeted there!
We then went to Scottsdale and stayed at the Fairmont Princess resort. This also was a beautiful, relaxing deluxe resort. We hiked in the desert, visited Cosanti bells, and the new Global Musical Instrument Museum which just opened April 24, 2010. The museum has instrument collections from all over the world.
