Lake Geneva is about 90 minutes northwest of Chicago. It is a resort community with many interesting stores, restaurants boating and other activities. There are boats that go around the lake offering tours showing the famous estates around the lake. Popeyes is a great place to eat. The Geneva Inn is a nice small inn on the Lake. Another town on the lake is Fontana. Lake Delevan is the next lake a few minute from Lake Geneva. Yerkes observatory is open for tours.
