We went to Warwick RI for a wedding. Near the hotel in East Greenwich was a beautiful state park, Goddard. In Providence we saw Brown College (on graduation day) and went to a very nice art museum, Rhode Island School of Design. They have a major collection including Monet, Renoir, and many others. We ate lunch at Old Canteen in the Federal Hill area. They also have great Italian bakeries and deli places there. We also took a short drive to Newport. This is a vacation town with many stores, restaurants and people. We ate at the Black Pearl, excellent fish. Newport also has mansions to tour, we visited a Vanderbuilt summer mansion.
