Vidalia Onion Pie
4 medium thinly sliced Vidalia Sweet Onions
1 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Dash Tabasco
1 pie shell, Unbaked
Grated Parmesan cheese
Sauté onions in butter. Combine eggs and sour cream and add to onion mixture. Add seasonings and pour into pie shell, then sprinkle with cheese, Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, then at 325 for 20 minutes.
