DEDE'S BUTTERMILK BREAD

Ingredients:
1 1/8 cup buttermilk (or 4 tablespoons dry buttermilk powder and
1 1/8 cup water)
3 cup bread flour
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons active dry yeast
Method:
1. Select white or basic cycle, light crust and/or light bake
cycle.
2. For Welbilt/Dak machines: add 2 Tblspn more liquid and use
2 tspn yeast.
