PEACH MELBA FLAMBE from LINK
2 10oz pk. fx strawberries thawed
1/2 C currant jelly
1/2 C undiluted fz. orange juice thawed
2 1lb. cans cling peach halves
9 T cognac
2 qts vanilla ice cream
Thaw strawberries and puree' in blender. Melt jelly in chafing
dish. Add berries and orange juice and heat. Drain peaches and
warm in sauce slowly. Warm brandy, pour over peaches and set
afire, spooning over peaches as brandy burns. Spoon a peach half
over all.
