Charoset
1 1/2 cups shredded apples 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
or pecans 2-3 Tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 Tbsp. kosher
red wine 1" piece grated fresh ginger Mix all of the above
together. Makes two cups.
