Barbecued Fish Steaks - Weber
Salmon, halibut or other fish steaks
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup melted butter, margarine or oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 teaspoons prepared mustard (use less)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 small clove garlic, cruhsed
3 or 4 dashes hot red pepper sauce
Pour over fish, refrigerate 30 minutes, brush while cooking
