Triple Cranberry Sauce 12/91 Gourmet-MW
1/2 c. dried cranberries or sour cherries
1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
12 oz. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 t. vanilla
In a 2qt. covered micr. casserole, combine juice and dried
fruit. Micr. on high 2 min., let stand 2 min.Stir in fresh cran.
and sugar. Cover. Micr. high 5-7 min., stirring twice, until berries
burst and sauce thickens. Stir in vanilla. Cool. Can be made 1
wk. ahead. Serve at room temp.
