Sweet Vidalia Onion and Broccoli Soup
1 Large Vidalia Onion - chopped
2 Tablespoons of margarine
2 Cups of Milk
1 1/2 cups of boiled chicken, chopped (optional)
two 8 ounce packages cream cheese, cubed
one 10 ounce package of chopped frozen brococoli, cooked and drained.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Saute onion in butter in saucepan until tender. Add cream cheese
and milk; stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Add other
ingedients and heat thoroughly. Enjoy!
