Yumion Burger Pie
2 fold-out pie crusts
1 lb. ground beef
2 jumbo Vidalia Onions, quartered sliced
1 can creamy onion soup
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup + 2 tbs.. milk
1 prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish
with crusts,, trimming and patching as needed, prick bottom and
sides of crust with a fork. Bake for 3 minutes remove from oven
and prick with fork. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Set aside.
Cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are
soft, drain. Add onion soup to beef and onion mixing well. Spoon
mixture into prepared crust. Combine egg and next 4 ingredients,
Spoon evenly over meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
