Broccoli Onion Casserole
1 cup minute rice (cooked rice)
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. Frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped Vidalia Onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup margarine
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar cheez whiz
1 cup crisco
Cook rice according to package directions, Pour boiling water
over broccoli in bowl. Let stand for several minutes and drain,
Sauté onions and celery in margarine in skillet. Add broccoli,
rice and remaining ingredients, Spoon into baking dish. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 6 servings
